Join Synapxe as a Lead Engineer - Zero Trust Architecture and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our security infrastructure. In this critical position, you will spearhead the end-to-end implementation and migration of our Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions, transitioning from traditional LAN/VPN access models to a more secure, modern architecture.
As a Zero Trust Architecture Lead Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our security framework. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, deploying, and maintaining robust security solutions that protect our organization's digital assets while enabling secure access for employees and partners.
This role requires a deep understanding of modern security principles, network architecture, and emerging technologies. You will be responsible for evaluating security solutions, conducting risk assessments, and implementing best practices that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and migration of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration
- Design, deploy, and maintain robust security infrastructure aligned with Zero Trust principles
- Conduct security assessments and risk evaluations for existing and proposed architectures
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices
- Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies, adapting solutions accordingly
- Mentor and guide junior engineers on security architecture and implementation
- Collaborate with IT leadership to align security initiatives with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in network security and infrastructure architecture
- Proven experience with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) implementation
- Expert knowledge of LAN/VPN technologies and migration strategies
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP highly desirable
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and technologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or SABSA
