Fivetran is seeking a Lead Sales Engineer, Enterprise to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As a key member of our ASEAN sales organization, you will be the technical face of Fivetran, driving the adoption of our high-velocity data pipelines for some of the region's most innovative companies.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and business objectives. You will work closely with sales leadership to design and deliver compelling technical presentations, conduct deep-dive product demos, and architect solutions that address specific customer pain points. Your expertise will not only close deals but also ensure our enterprise clients achieve a seamless onboarding experience.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Partner with the sales team to drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, acting as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers.
  • Design and deliver high-impact technical presentations and product demonstrations that showcase Fivetran's value proposition.
  • Conduct deep architectural discovery sessions to understand customer data landscapes and recommend optimal integration strategies.
  • Develop and maintain technical proofs of concept (PoCs) and sandbox environments to validate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback on customer needs and influence product roadmap.
  • Mentor junior Sales Engineers and contribute to the development of technical sales enablement materials.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Sales within the B2B software industry.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Proficiency with SQL and the ability to write and explain complex queries to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the Singapore/ASEAN market is highly preferred.
