Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft systems and components
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations (CAAP, FAA, EASA) and company safety protocols
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve aircraft system malfunctions
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to verify aircraft readiness
- Stay updated on technological advancements and regulatory changes in aviation
Kualifikasi
- Valid Aircraft Engineer License (CAAP Part-66 B1/B2 or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
- Proficiency in aircraft systems (avionics, hydraulics, engines, airframes)
- Strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations and quality assurance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work in shift-based and rotating schedules
