- Design and implement end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, and advocacy
- Analyze customer journey data to identify retention opportunities and optimize campaign performance
- Develop automated marketing workflows using CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Collaborate with product teams to align lifecycle initiatives with platform enhancements
- Monitor KPIs including retention rates, conversion metrics, and customer lifetime value
- Conduct A/B tests on messaging, segmentation, and channel effectiveness

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, or CRM management
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven campaign optimization
- Understanding of customer segmentation and behavioral targeting methodologies
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization
