Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive live streaming strategies for product launches and promotions
- Manage affiliate partnerships, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance optimization
- Analyze campaign metrics and ROI to refine marketing approaches
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging live content
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends for competitive advantage
- Implement tracking systems for affiliate conversions and attribution
- Train and manage streaming talent/influencers for brand consistency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years experience in live streaming or affiliate marketing
- Proficiency with streaming platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and affiliate tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign measurement
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
