As a key member of our facilities team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our lobby areas remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times. We provide a professional uniform and require adherence to our dress code policy, including dark long pants and covered shoes. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule while allowing you to develop valuable cleaning and maintenance skills. You'll be responsible for daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and order of lobby areas, including entrance, reception, and waiting areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all surfaces in assigned areas
- Empty and clean trash receptacles, replacing liners as needed
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handrails, and furniture
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and use approved cleaning products
- Adhere to company dress code and safety protocols
- Sign in and out accurately for time tracking purposes
Kualifikasi
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
