Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily treasury operations including cash management, fund disbursement, and liquidity control
- Ensure strict compliance with government accounting standards and financial regulations
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and reconciliation statements
- Coordinate with budget units to support financial planning and forecasting
- Monitor and analyze cash flow patterns to optimize fund utilization
- Implement treasury policies and procedures aligned with national government guidelines
- Manage banking relationships and oversee electronic fund transfers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in treasury operations or government finance
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of government accounting standards and treasury regulations
- Certification in treasury management or public finance (e.g., CGFM) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
