Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, inventory control, and warehousing
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve any logistical delays or issues proactively
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including shipping orders, bills of lading, and customs forms
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for stock reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company logistics policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
