Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews and training sessions.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to forecast inventory needs and prevent stockouts.
- Monitor logistics schedules and resolve any operational bottlenecks efficiently.
- Prepare accurate reports on warehouse performance and inventory accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Proven experience in supervising a team within a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
