Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective inventory control measures
- Process and track shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs forms
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve logistics issues
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
- Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, delivery times, and inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics administration or operations
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and logistics software
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
