Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipment tracking, documentation, and compliance with international shipping regulations
- Manage communication between suppliers, carriers, and clients to ensure smooth transportation of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and logistics documentation for all shipments
- Monitor transportation schedules and resolve any delays or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs
- Prepare and submit necessary customs documentation for international shipments
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in logistics software and transportation management systems
