Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end import/export shipments across multiple transport modes
- Prepare and manage customs documentation, bills of lading, and compliance paperwork
- Act as primary client liaison for shipment status updates and issue resolution
- Optimize freight routing and carrier partnerships for cost/time efficiency
- Monitor shipment milestones and proactively address delays or disruptions
- Maintain digital records of logistics activities and performance metrics
- Collaborate with warehouse, customs, and carrier teams for integrated solutions
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in customs regulations and international trade documentation
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent communication skills
- Certifications in logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) preferred
