Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels
- Monitor inventory movements, reconcile discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast requirements, and optimize stock levels
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with logistics team to streamline warehouse operations and reduce carrying costs
- Prepare reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and other key performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory control or logistics management
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
