- Source and negotiate backhaul loads to maximize fleet utilization and profitability
- Coordinate multi-modal transportation operations across logistics networks
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and carrier partners
- Monitor delivery performance and implement corrective actions for delays
- Analyze transportation data to identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare load plans, shipping documents, and compliance reports
- Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in load planning or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients/carriers
- Knowledge of freight regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proven track record of improving logistics KPIs and cost metrics
