Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and coordinate daily shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Liaise effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customs officials to resolve logistics issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inbound and outbound cargo documentation.
- Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and report any discrepancies immediately to management.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse processes to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding shipment status with professionalism and clarity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics or port operations is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
