- Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions with Copilot integration for enterprise clients
- Lead pre-sales technical consultations, product demonstrations, and solution architecture
- Develop AI-powered workflows and automation using Microsoft 365 services
- Collaborate with sales teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Provide post-sales support including troubleshooting, optimization, and training
- Stay current with Microsoft 365/AI advancements and update solution blueprints
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge base development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in Microsoft 365 solutions engineering
- Strong expertise in Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure AI services
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Work Administrator Expert or equivalent
- Experience with enterprise AI solution deployment and governance
- Excellent presentation skills and stakeholder management abilities
- Understanding of change management methodologies
