Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize recommendation algorithms for global e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions
- Develop and deploy large-scale recommendation systems using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and improve recommendation accuracy
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to measure recommendation impact
- Stay current with industry trends and implement state-of-the-art ML techniques
- Partner with data engineering teams to build robust data pipelines for model training
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience building production-level recommendation systems
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Expertise in collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, and deep learning approaches
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and SQL
- Solid understanding of ML evaluation metrics and experimentation frameworks
- Proven ability to translate business problems into technical ML solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
