Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of facility equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards, wear and tear, or equipment failures.
- Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and employee requests to minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Ensure all facilities comply with local safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Perform general cleaning duties in mechanical rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
- Assist in minor carpentry tasks and renovations as directed by management.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in facility management, electrical, or mechanical engineering is preferred.
- Proven experience in general maintenance, facility operations, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various conditions.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
