Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor or Chief Engineer ready to take on a pivotal role in a premier luxury property management portfolio? BHP is currently seeking a dedicated technical expert to oversee the maintenance and operations of 16 exclusive villas located in the heart of Canggu, Badung.
In this key position, you will ensure the highest standards of technical excellence, ensuring that all systems—from plumbing and electrical to HVAC and general building infrastructure—are running flawlessly. We are looking for a proactive leader who can manage a team of technicians, coordinate with external contractors, and maintain the pristine condition of our luxury assets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all technical maintenance activities for 16 luxury villas in Canggu.
- Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and water filtration.
- Respond promptly to emergency repairs and preventative maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for specialized repairs and renovations.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports regarding maintenance activities and inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Chief Engineer, or similar role in hospitality or high-end residential properties.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valid engineering or technical certification is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if necessary.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
