As a Maintenance Technician, you will act as a guardian of our operational assets, implementing preventive maintenance strategies and swiftly resolving technical breakdowns. You will also play a crucial role in fostering a culture of safety and efficiency, ensuring that all equipment operates within strict regulatory guidelines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and production equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults to restore operational functionality.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting workflow.
- Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and inventory usage.
- Lead technical initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce waste within the facility.
- Train junior staff and technicians on proper equipment operation and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance role within the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic machinery, and basic PLC operations.
- Valid technical certification or license (e.g., Electrician/Instrumentation).
- Proven track record of maintaining high safety standards and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as required.
