Join A*STAR's dynamic Corporate Services team as a Manager (Compliance) and become a pivotal force in safeguarding our organization's integrity and regulatory compliance. In this critical role, you'll develop and implement robust compliance frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and ensure adherence to Singapore's stringent regulatory requirements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance best practices across operations while staying ahead of evolving regulatory landscapes. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive compliance policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify compliance vulnerabilities
- Advise leadership on regulatory changes and their impact on organizational operations
- Manage and mentor compliance team members to ensure high-performance standards
- Investigate non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams on compliance initiatives
- Stay updated on industry regulations and emerging compliance trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years compliance experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Professional certification (e.g., CCM, CAMS, or equivalent)
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's regulatory framework and industry standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulations
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with compliance management software and risk assessment tools
