Join PERSOL as a Manager (Product & Propositions) and take the lead in shaping our product strategy and value propositions. This 8-month contract position based in Raffles Place offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our product portfolio while enjoying competitive compensation of up to $7,000 per month.
As a Manager in Product & Propositions, you'll be at the forefront of product innovation and market positioning. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling product narratives that resonate with our target audience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for product development and a keen understanding of market dynamics.
Working Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm in our Raffles Place office, you'll have the chance to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly influence our product roadmap and business outcomes. - Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead the creation and refinement of product propositions that differentiate our offerings
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams to ensure cohesive product positioning
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs and business value
- Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes
- Present product strategies and propositions to stakeholders and leadership teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related roles
- Proven track record of developing successful product propositions and strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and customer insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex ideas
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- Knowledge of product development methodologies and lifecycle management
- Experience in the Information & Communication Technology industry preferred
