Join our dynamic team as Manager, Supply Chain — Operations Excellence and drive transformative change in our manufacturing and logistics operations. This pivotal role requires you to architect, implement, and scale world-class standard operating procedures (SOPs) that optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality across the entire supply chain lifecycle. You'll spearhead process improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of best practices, while mentoring staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will directly impact our operational KPIs, including lead time reduction, inventory optimization, and supplier performance enhancement. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for end-to-end supply chain processes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and develop corrective action plans
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams for process alignment
- Manage cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain resilience and scalability
- Mentor and develop team members in operational excellence practices
- Monitor KPIs and report on supply chain performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain operations with 3+ years in management
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing SOPs and process improvement frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain analytics tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of manufacturing and logistics operations in APAC markets
