Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize semiconductor wafer-level packaging manufacturing processes
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and control plans
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield and reduce production costs
- Analyze production data using statistical methods to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product compliance with industry standards
- Train production staff on new equipment, processes, and safety protocols
- Support new technology transfers from R&D to manufacturing scale-up
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or wafer-level packaging
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools
- Experience with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
