In this dynamic role, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and data-driven execution. You will analyze campaign performance across various channels to optimize user acquisition and engagement for our suite of financial products, including mobile wallets and credit solutions.
As part of the Monee team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives. Your analytical prowess will help identify market trends, optimize conversion funnels, and maximize return on investment. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and SQL to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns for Seamoney Credit.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and conversion rates.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports and visual presentations to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and creatives to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Manage and track campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, SQL).
- Strong understanding of the fintech landscape and digital financial services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
