Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, copy) aligned with brand guidelines
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies
- Coordinate with local influencers and community partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Assist in organizing promotional events in Sukabumi area
- Manage customer inquiries and feedback through digital channels
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recent graduate of Marketing/Communications/Design
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Experience with social media management and analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
