Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive Master Data Management strategies and roadmaps to support organizational objectives.
- Oversee data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
- Execute data quality improvement initiatives, including cleansing, enrichment, and standardization of master records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to define data models and integration requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end master data lifecycle, from creation and maintenance to archiving and retirement.
- Utilize MDM tools and platforms to streamline data processes and automate routine data management tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Quality roles.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, data architecture, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with MDM tools such as Informatica, IBM InfoSphere, or Talend.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
