Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of the Master Data Management (MDM) team.
- Develop, implement, and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices.
- Conduct regular data quality audits to identify discrepancies and implement remediation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy across all systems.
- Manage the full data lifecycle, including creation, maintenance, and archival of master data.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff on data handling and compliance requirements.
- Monitor data integrity metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or MDM roles.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management systems.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of data professionals.
- Proficiency in data quality tools and reporting software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical data concepts to non-technical audiences.
