Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive inventory management strategies for materials, assets, and supplies
- Coordinate procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and contract management
- Implement inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs
- Lead asset lifecycle management including maintenance tracking and disposal protocols
- Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstocking
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Manage warehouse operations and distribution logistics for timely delivery
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status, procurement metrics, and cost savings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in materials management or procurement roles
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret inventory data and KPIs
- Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory optimization techniques
- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional team environments
