As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for verifying incoming shipments, managing stock levels, and updating our MRP systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Verify incoming materials against Goods Received (GR) slips, ensuring part numbers and quantities match purchase orders accurately.
- Update the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system to reflect materials movement and stock adjustments.
- Organize, label, and store materials in designated warehouse areas to ensure easy accessibility and safety.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics teams and production units to facilitate timely material distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Assist in the packaging and shipping of finished goods when required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE O-Level or Diploma in a related field (Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing preferred).
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar material handling role.
- Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform accurate data entry.
- Basic math skills for calculating quantities and weights.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Forklift license (if applicable).
