Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials with precision documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock counts
- Coordinate material transfers between production areas and storage zones
- Adhere to 5S methodology and OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize material replenishment cycles
- Support cycle counts and monthly inventory audits
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Forklift license certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP/WMS preferred)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 25kg regularly
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks
- Knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory principles
