As a Materials Warehouse Staff, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the seamless flow of raw materials through our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will ensure accurate receiving, inspection, and storage of materials while maintaining meticulous inventory records. You'll play a vital role in issuing materials to production lines, conducting regular stock counts, and upholding strict safety compliance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and inspect incoming raw materials for quality and quantity verification
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse areas following FIFO principles
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Issue materials to production departments per requisition schedules
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain warehouse cleanliness standards
- Perform administrative tasks including documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams for material coordination
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- 1-2 years warehouse or inventory management experience
- Proficiency in inventory tracking systems and basic data entry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and material handling best practices
- Ability to lift materials up to 25kg as required
- Good communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Willingness to work flexible hours during inventory cycles
