Join our dynamic IT team as a Messaging Engineer at B & M Global Services Manila, Inc. in the heart of Bonifacio Global City. This critical role involves providing expert second and third-line support for our hybrid Exchange infrastructure, seamlessly bridging online and on-premises environments. You'll be instrumental in managing enterprise email archiving solutions (Enterprise Vault) and implementing robust email security and protection protocols to safeguard organizational communications. The position requires a proactive problem-solver with deep technical expertise in messaging platforms, capable of diagnosing complex issues while maintaining system integrity and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize messaging workflows, implement security best practices, and ensure uninterrupted communication services across global operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide advanced second/third-line support for Exchange Hybrid environments (online & on-premises)
- Manage and maintain Enterprise Vault email archiving infrastructure
- Implement and monitor email security & protection systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex messaging infrastructure issues
- Develop/maintain messaging system documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with security teams on email threat mitigation
- Optimize messaging system performance and security posture
- Stay current with Microsoft Exchange & email security updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience
- 3+ years supporting Exchange Online/On-premises environments
- Enterprise Vault (EV) administration experience
- Expert knowledge of email security protocols (DKIM, SPF, DMARC)
- Microsoft certifications (MCSA/MCSE Messaging preferred)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)
- Experience with hybrid Active Directory environments
- Excellent troubleshooting & communication skills
