- Lead redesign and migration of decoupled Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online environments
- Design, implement, and maintain secure Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions
- Develop and execute migration strategies from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms
- Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services
- Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 workloads for performance and security
- Document technical processes, configurations, and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
- Expertise in migration projects and decoupled architecture design
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance frameworks
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or equivalent
- Experience with PowerShell automation for Microsoft 365 management
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
