Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company's information systems, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Implement and coordinate system upgrades and security patches to maintain system integrity
- Monitor system performance and proactively address any potential issues to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their technology needs and implement appropriate solutions
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for future reference
- Train employees on new systems and technologies to maximize adoption and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in information systems management or technical support
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and database management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are advantageous
