Tanggung Jawab
- Design, fabricate, and modify precision moulds using CAD/CAM software and manual techniques
- Perform mould maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
- Operate CNC machines, lathes, and milling equipment for high-precision mould components
- Conduct quality inspections and dimensional measurements to meet industry standards
- Collaborate with engineers to develop mould specifications and production processes
- Document mould designs, modifications, and maintenance activities
- Optimize mould designs for efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in precision mould making
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam)
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes
- Knowledge of mould materials, heat treatment, and surface finishing
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
