As a Network Admin Associate, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of our network environment. This includes regular workstation setups, software deployments, and the critical task of troubleshooting hardware and network issues to minimize downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure.
- Perform regular workstation setup, hardware configuration, and software installation.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, hardware malfunctions, and system errors.
- Conduct IT inventory management and asset tracking to ensure equipment security.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users, including user training.
- Assist in network upgrades, patch management, and system maintenance.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT) or Computer Science (CS).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, networking, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and network protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
