Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Monitor network health proactively using diagnostic tools to prevent outages and ensure optimal performance
- Implement network security protocols and access controls to protect sensitive data and systems
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports following ITIL best practices
- Collaborate with cloud and security teams to integrate hybrid network solutions
- Perform capacity planning and network upgrades to support business growth
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support during network incidents and planned maintenance windows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise network support and maintenance
- Strong expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and switching technologies
- Certifications in Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) or equivalent network qualifications
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
