Freshtel Internet is seeking a dedicated Network Technical Support professional to join our dynamic team in Johor. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for ensuring our clients enjoy seamless connectivity and high-quality broadband services. As a Network Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of broadband service delivery. This includes managing the physical installation of equipment, diagnosing and resolving complex network faults, and maintaining accurate service documentation. You will work closely with our engineering and customer service teams to identify trends and improve our service quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional installation of broadband services, including cabling, router configuration, and network setup at customer premises.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, hardware faults, and software errors efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct routine maintenance and site visits to ensure optimal network performance and safety compliance.
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers, explaining complex issues in clear, non-technical language.
- Document all service calls, repair logs, and installation reports in the company management system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex network infrastructure problems.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality assurance standards during field operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network protocols.
- Familiarity with broadband technologies (FTTH, FTTB) and network hardware.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness to travel within Johor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays, if required.
