Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily office operations including maintenance, security, and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with vendors for facilities repairs, equipment servicing, and office supplies procurement
- Implement and enforce office policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures
- Manage office resources including equipment inventory, meeting rooms, and common areas
- Support staff through administrative assistance, event coordination, and workplace initiatives
- Monitor and optimize office space utilization and environmental conditions
- Handle budget-related tasks for facilities management and operational expenses
- Act as primary liaison for building management and external service providers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or facilities management
- Proven track record of maintaining organized, efficient office environments
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Proficiency in office management software and digital tools
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in BPO or multinational company environments preferred
