We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee our local office and ensure our administrative operations run smoothly, supporting our mission to turn waste into clean energy and drive circular value.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the central point of contact for office administration, managing daily workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a productive environment for our staff. You will play a key part in bridging the operational gap between our Johor hub and our Singapore-based counterparts. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Johor office, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.
  • Manage administrative functions including reception, mail services, and facilities maintenance to support the Singapore LNG and Bio-LNG projects.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage office supplies, equipment, and service contracts.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation required for regulatory compliance and management reviews.
  • Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for office operations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Facilitate internal communication and organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety protocols, and local labor regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Office Manager or Senior Administrative role.
  • Proven experience in managing office operations within the manufacturing, energy, or industrial sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
