- Manage office administrative tasks including filing, document processing, and record keeping
- Assist in coordinating office operations and maintaining an organized workspace
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Support the team in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars
- Prepare and distribute office memos, notices, and other communications
- Assist in basic bookkeeping and financial record maintenance

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of one year experience in office administration or related field
