Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative functions to ensure efficiency.
  • Support property management activities, including tenant coordination, maintenance requests, and facility tracking.
  • Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases related to operations and property details.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and team members.
  • Coordinate team activities and events to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations or administrative support roles, preferably in property management.
