- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Manage M&E systems, specifically HVAC, including maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to reduce costs, improve workflow, and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor operational budgets and control expenditures related to maintenance, utilities, and resources.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and report on the status of equipment and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with the company's overall business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC Technical, M&E Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in an operations management role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems, with a focus on HVAC.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and operational reporting tools.
- Valid Singapore work pass and willingness to work in Upper Paya Lebar.
