Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise 15-20 operators across multiple production lines, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols
- Implement Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times by 15%+ quarterly
- Manage shift handovers, production schedules, and resource allocation to meet KPIs
- Investigate root causes of equipment downtime and coordinate corrective actions with maintenance teams
- Conduct performance reviews and develop training programs for operational staff
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize material flow to minimize waste
- Prepare shift reports highlighting performance metrics, safety incidents, and improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical field
- 3+ years in supervisory role within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MES systems and data-driven decision-making tools
- Demonstrated experience managing shift operations in 24/7 manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and OSHA safety standards
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to lead root cause analysis
- Fluent in English with effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
