Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor production lines in real-time to ensure product consistency and adherence to quality specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
- Perform sensory evaluations and chemical analysis on kombucha batches to verify flavor and safety profiles.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of quality metrics, test results, and deviation reports.
- Collaborate with production staff to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with local food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and hygiene protocols.
- Investigate customer feedback regarding product quality and recommend process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and ISO standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and basic testing methods for beverages.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with the production team.
