We are seeking a dedicated QA Engineer to join our dynamic team at Multi Mould Industries Sdn Bhd. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing supplier quality performance, ensuring that all incoming materials strictly adhere to our requirements and industry standards. Your expertise will be crucial in driving Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) with suppliers to support production efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate the quality performance of suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials and components to prevent production defects.
- Lead the investigation and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for non-conforming goods.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and support manufacturing schedules.
- Document and report quality data, trends, and supplier performance metrics accurately.
- Maintain accurate quality records and ensure adherence to ISO quality management systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a QA or Quality Control role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong understanding of incoming material inspection and supplier quality management processes.
- Experience in driving CAPA and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and work effectively with suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
