- Oversee and coordinate all daily business operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of quality.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and lead a diverse team, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
