Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and organize storage.
- Monitor shipping schedules and track shipments to resolve any delivery delays or issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders, providing updates and resolving inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, including inventory counts and performance metrics.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and logistics protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime during peak seasons.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
