- Oversee daily logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets and KPIs
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve operational issues
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize storage space utilization
- Prepare and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage resource allocation and workflow scheduling for optimal productivity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations with supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and warehouse management systems
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance in fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin beneficial for regional operations
